Though, with Kabali, most of the audiences were expecting a 'Ranjith film which has Rajini', it is the Superstar, like in most of his previous films, who carries the entire film in his shoulders, even though other actors shine in their respective roles. An elderly person kicking asses like a hero, I mean please we make jokes of him and now he himself is making a joke of himself. Kabali then slaughtered Tamilmaaran for his selling out before a youthful Kumaran and was soon captured on a bogus charge of prompting the massacre…….
I anticipated kind of film 'Baasha', and I only surprised to catch up a completely different type of film. But that's natural and I loved it, this is what an international film looks like. That was expected for the Rajinikant films, especially this one was directed by a young filmmaker Pa. Overall, I did not find any fault in the casting section. But disappointed for not fully utilising it. Movie goes for mass audience as expected and kabali moves like fire. Thanks to everybody who involved in the filmmaking, particularly Rajinikant and Pa.
